Mortgage Superviser



Managing a busy Estate Agency team, whilst running your own Mortgage Desk is a tough job but thoroughly worthwhile once the wheels are oiled and the team is cooking on gas…You’ll be responsible not only for your own ‘Day Job’ but also responsible for other people in the office; ensuring that their targets are met, their day is well-planned and structured, offering coaching and hands on assistance and also working as an instrumental member of the management team, ensuring that business strategy is employed.



This is the opportunity available with my client, a successful National Estate Agency. They are looking for a successful Mortgage Adviser who wants to move into a management position, with a clearly defined career structure and realistic opportunities for career enhancement.



Ideally you’ll be full CeMAP Qualified and working within either an Estate Agency or a Bank/Building Society and be considered a good Mortgage performer but looking to take-on some additional responsibilities-for additional income!



For the right person, my client can pay up to £30,000 basic, with unlimited bonuses and a great benefits package, which includes; Pension, Life Cover, BuPA, 28 days hols, Shares and Free Shares.
