THE ROLE



• As a Consultant, you will build on the existing business in the branch, dealing with the whole sales, servicing, recruiting and administration functions within the recruitment industry processes.

• You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both Clients and Candidates.

• The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Excellent track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant

• Have an ability to build relationships with Candidates and Clients

• Ability to hit the ground running, and relish the challenge of making the desk your own.

• Not be afraid of picking up the phone to win new business

• Smart and professional with an excellent and confident telephone manner

• Hold a current full UK driving license
