Surveyor



A Large regional contractor is looking for a Quantity surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. You will be working in a team already consisting of 2 Surveyors, 1 Junior and a Surveyor Director and you will be responsible for new build projects from conception through to completion.



A typical project that they win is roughly £1-2 m and varies from refits, to new build warehouse and office outlets. You will be expected to manage your time to divide between head office and working from your sites, which could be based any where in South Wales.



Career wise they believe that the next appointment will be for a Senior Surveyor and ideally would like to appoint from within, so if this is of interest to you progression is possible within months.
